Terms and conditions


Orders

Our jewels are all manufactured on demand and one by one. Manufacturing time, once an order has been confirmed, thus depends on each design. As a reference, it usually does not exceed 15 days. When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that the transaction has been processed. Within 24 hours, you will receive another email detailing the exact manufacturing and shipping times. Items can be added to an order until it is dispatched. You will need to inform murmur by email (info@murmurjewellery.com) or by phone (+34 91 532 86 72). We will confirm by email that the order has been updated successfully and inform you of the new manufacturing and shipping times.

Packaging

All our jewels will be carefully placed in one of our signature boxes. You will receive it in a hard cardboard box to protect the jewel and its packaging.

Pricing

All our prices are in euros and include value added tax of 21 percent. If you buy from a place where this tax is not applicable (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, countries outside the European Union), the tax will be removed from the price when you finalise the order.

Shipping

All our items will be delivered by UPS when the order is placed from Spain, Europe and the United States and by urgent mail when the order is placed from any other country. Deliveries will be made to the address you provide us when you place the order. It will be possible to change this address until the order is shipped by writing an email to info@murmurjewellery.com. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and you will have the possibility to track the order online.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within the times indicated. However, delivery times and dates are for general guidance only and murmur will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including wrong our incomplete address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Below is a list of indicative delivery times and costs. They do not include the time needed to manufacture the jewel.

  1. Spain (peninsula) 5 euros 2 working days
  2. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe and United States 10 euros - 3 working days
  3. Rest of the world 15 euros - 5-10 working days

If your country does not appear in this list, you can still order one of our jewels by phone or email. Before ordering, murmur will clearly state the shipping time and costs.

Delivery address

You commit to provide a delivery address accurate and complete. The delivery adress of an order can be changed until the order is dispatched. Delivery times and dates are for general guidance only and murmur will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including wrong our incomplete address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Custom fees

Murmur will pay any export fee applied to parcel delivered overseas. However, you will have to pay any additional import or custom fees applicable in your country of residence.

Payments

Murmur only accepts payments in euros. Orders can be paid by debit or credit card though the secured payment platform of La Caixa. We accept Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard and American Express. Your details will be secured at all time and you will be asked to provide an authentication key before the payment is processed. Murmur does not have any access to your bank details. Payments by PayPal or bank transfer are also accepted.

Insurance

All parcels are insured against robbery or accidental damages. If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, you will have to indicate it on the delivery receipt or reject the delivery. If the damage is not visible when the parcel is delivered, you will have to inform murmur by writing (info@murmurjewellery.com) within 24 hours.

Certificate of authenticity

Murmur will issue a certificate of authenticity, signed by its designer, for every jewel.

Warranty

Murmur checks exhaustively that every jewel that is manufactured and dispatched meets the highest quality standards. However, if you detect a manufacturing defect, murmur will exchange the jewel at its own costs after checking the damaged jewel and following a simple communication to info@murmurjewellery.com. This warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, misuse, wear or tear.

Returns

Murmur works hard to ensure a high quality of service. However, if the jewel doesn't meet your expectations, you will have 15 days from delivery to return it.

Once the exchange is accepted, a voucher for the price of the jewels will be issued, with a one-year validity.

For orders placed from Spain, Europe and the United states, murmur will send you all the documentation so that you can easily arrange the return with UPS. A fee of 10 euros for Spain and of 20 euros for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Europe and the United States will be withdrawn to the voucher as a participation to the costs of exchange and shipment of the new jewel.

For orders placed from other countries, you will have to handle the return directly via the service of your choice and murmur will ship you the new jewel at no additional cost.

All returns will have to be cleared by murmur before being processed and you will first have to inform murmur by writing (info@murmurjewellery.com) of the reason of the return. The jewels will have to be sent back in their original condition, with their packaging and without having been used. Murmur reserves the right to analyse the jewels before processing an exchange.

If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, you will have to indicate it on the delivery receipt or reject the delivery. If the damage is not visible when the parcel is delivered, you will have to inform murmur by writing (info@murmurjewellery.com) within 24 hours.

Complaints

Murmur works hard to meet your expectations. However, unfortunately, issues can sometimes occur. You have our commitment that any complaint will be taken extremely seriously. If you have any complaint or feedback, please write us to info@murmurjewellery.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

Personal details

Murmur does not make it compulsory to register to make an order. However, in order to deliver your parcel and issue your certificate of authenticity, Murmur will ask you to provide a few personal details. In accordance with the law, you have the right to access, modify, change, erase, all personal information about yourself that you have written down on this website.
